Everything you need for an incredible event – at least an event that needs a bar. Perfect Pour is a full draught bar set-up, complete with taps, cooling system and kegs of your choice. It also has a fully stocked bottle and soft drink fridge and spirit rack, if wanted. We even bring a freezer full of ice. All glassware is included too (well, actually it's plastic, but that doesn't sound quite as nice does it?). And obviously we bring an excellent team of bartenders that perfectly match the vibe of the event, whether that be releaxed and fun or high-end formal.
We like to work with our clients to ensure that the tastes of you and your guests are catered for. We do have some standard and recommended ranges, but aren't tied to a brewery which allows us to handpick brands from across the alcoholic and non-alocholic spectrum, either on tap or in the fridge. We always bring soft drinks as standard, plus mixers and botanicals when including spirits.

Every event is quoted on an individual basis and depends on a number of factors such as location, size of event and drinks package. We usually ask for a hire fee and minimum spend commitment to cover equipment and staffing (which can vary depending on the occasion), but this may be waived in certain circumstances.
Most of our setups just need a standard power supply, but we can also run off generators if your event is outdoors or off-grid. Access to water is great, but we do bring some with us. We’ll confirm everything during booking so setup is smooth on the day.
We love helping you create the right look for your event, so absolutely! Whether it’s a rustic wedding, festival vibe or corporate function, we can brand or decorate the bar to fit your theme — we've got a graphic designer on our team so can help from start to finish!

Yes, our bar(s) can work in almost any setting, whether that be an indoor venue, a marquee, garden and everything in between.
We mainly provide services in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire and Lincolnshire, but can cover the entire mainland UK.
